Announces Two Store Openings in Florida

Press Release Body = JACKSONVILLE, FL (July 2007) - Venus, a leading multi-channel
marketer of women's swimwear, clothing and accessories, via Internet and direct-mail
catalog, will be opening two new retail stores in Florida this month. Venus targets
fashion-savvy, active women between the ages 18-45, with affordable retail price
points of $29 - $200.

In addition to its flagship store in Jacksonville, the new locations will be at the
Coconut Point Shopping Center in Estero and Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg.
With approximately 3,500-square-feet of retail space per store, each will carry most
of the online styles. For items not available an on-site kiosk will serve as an
Internet fulfillment center for customers that would like to order items from
Venus.com. These orders can be home delivered or picked up in the store at no extra
charge.

All Venus retail stores feature a sleek, fresh, youthful look with natural hardwood
finishes, modern lighting fixtures, and plasma televisions showcasing Venus
merchandise with background music. The stores evoke a warm, inviting place to relax
and enjoy a unique shopping experience.

Venus founder and CEO Daryle Scott stated, "As Venus is thriving in internet and
catalog sales, it is important for us to have a face to face dialogue with our
existing customer base. Many shoppers still prefer the option of seeing, feeling
and touching Venus products first-hand, prior to purchasing."

Scott believes that Venus can open approximately thirty stores in Florida, and is
currently considering locations in Orlando, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort
Lauderdale, Miami and South Beach. He expects the company to more than double in
size within 5 years.

Venus will support its store openings with print, online and radio ad campaigns, all
of which will be created in-house.

Venus Fall 2007 collections, created by V.P. of Merchandising Brian Ruskin who
recently joined Venus from Victoria's Secret will feature a line that is both sexy
and sophisticated. Important items in the collection are dresses, both mini and
maxi -- voluminous sleeves and baby doll silhouettes are found on both tops and
dresses. Venus will also feature the "must have" suit with straight or wide leg
pants and the perfect tailored jacket. The most important colors are anything
bright as well as black and white.
